Shakeology from BeachBody

Many people look for healthy choices and supplements these days. I am no exception to the rule. I look for nutritional supplements or meal choices that are filled with vitamins and minerals that my body will actual use and need. And, since I love food, it needs to taste good. So what is the answer?

After I joined Beachbody and started working out at home, I started to feel a little run down. P90X3 was really getting me in shape, but after a few weeks of it my body just felt tired, as though I just couldn’t recharge all the way. So, I tried their Shakeology drinks. Within a few days, I started to feel much better and back to normal. Since then, it has just become a part of my day, as well as my husband’s, to have a Shakeology drink. My favorite flavors are strawberry and greenberry, but there are others like chocolate and café latte.

Here are some recipes that I have tried and enjoy. I am trying to use up some of the things from my garden, like basil, mint and cucumbers, before the really cold weather sets in.
