My newest and smallest cookbook has more recipes that I will actually use than most cookbook I have. I cannot wait to get into all of these recipes, but I can say for sure that the Bavarian Cream with Berries, Apple Strudel (minus the raisins), and the Simmered Beef with Horseradish are stellar!

Not only is this cute cookbook pack a punch with its recipes, but it provides cultural background to each recipe and the German area.

This is a definite must have for any level cook and a fan of German food!
