With Thanksgiving upon us, I can’t help but think of the things that I am grateful for in my life. I live a truly blessed life. I haven’t always felt that way, but with age comes maturity and gratitude.
I was lucky to grow up on a farm in a small community in the 80’s and 90’s. I learned that hard work is often necessary and usually gives a sense of accomplishment and purpose. I am blessed with a devoted and hard-working husband and most awesome son who was sent straight from Heaven. I am lucky to have loyal and beautiful friends who bring with them love and laughter often.
I am grateful to have had the ability and opportunity to post online each week, well most weeks. I hope that the variety of topics each Tuesday has brought you enjoyment and maybe even brightened your day a little. This will be my last Topic Tuesday post. I am finding it difficult to produce new non-political topics to post about that will not offend readers. I am going to take the remainder of this year to reevaluate my online presence. I may come back to blogging with photography or essays or something else entirely, I am not sure. But when I do know, I’ll be sure to let my readers know.
I wish every reader a happy and healthy holiday season! As always, thanks for reading.
